Caving
Spend the day exploring the depths of the Changara Cave system. Climb, scramble and crawl through a series of passages, rapell down chutes into giant caverns, and experience the beauty of this limestone wonderland. The final rapel is breathtaking end to a great day of challenges!

Nov 5-6th Shinano River 1 day rafting tour!
Minakami
On Nov 5-6 we will be offering a rare opportunity to raft the Shinano River, Japan's longest. The views are spectacular, there are plenty of great rapids and it is warm!Tour cost: 13000 yen (includes lunch and hot spring)
